Executive Client Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting goals of client satisfaction, quality and
revenue.
Work with project managers and teams to assure delivery quality,
on-time, on-budget performance and consultant satisfaction.
Understand client business needs and craft creative solutions with
appropriate technologies.
Participate in new business development activities.
Requirements
Understanding of and experience in software application lifecycle,
strategic IT consulting and business solution architecture.
Experience in professional services firm and a track record of
success in client-facing roles.
Understanding of Microsoft technology and partner ecosystem a plus.
Degree in computer science, information management or other relevant
field.
