Bob Shear
Partner and Co-Founder
Bob Shear has successfully lead the Greystone Team since its inception in 1995. Bob's career encompasses more than 30 years of software and computer industry experience.

At Greystone Solutions, Bob has tasked himself and his management team with the goal of building a preeminent contemporary services company that specializes in developing multi-tier, heavy-duty eBusiness applications using Microsoft technology.

Because of his extensive technical background, Bob also serves as Greystone Solutions' Chief Technical Officer. A hands-on manager, as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Bob adds a unique high-level perspective to the company's architecture and design process. He frequently pitches in to help project teams optimize an approach or design a comprehensive IT architecture as they help clients add eBusiness applications to their business mix.

Peter Barrera, Partner
VP of Client Services
From the beginning, Peter has been an integral part of the firm's development. He has been reliably responsible for leading the organization in delivering solid client solutions with the most cutting-edge tools and technologies available in the industry.

Peter brings 15+ years of technology industry experience to Greystone. He has an extensive background deploying and supporting both commercial products as well as custom solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Having worked in technology consulting for a number of years, he has a broad range of experience across industries and software development platforms. In his career Peter has developed business critical applications for Thomson Financial Services, Hewlett Packard, Fidelity Investments, Rational Software, Harvard University and the National Fire Protection Association.

Jim Warner, Partner
As a Partner, Jim shares his decades of proven application development expertise with Greystone clients, including defining requirements, writing specifications, modeling databases, designing applications, implementing solutions and developing test plans.

Jim's 25+ years of IT experience makes him an integral member of any team at Greystone. A veteran application architecture designer, Jim has worked on projects for companies such as New England Business Service, Mutual Fire Insurance Association, Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and Pinnacle Training Corporation. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Sciences from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and, like all Greystone Consultants, is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
