Our approach to development methodology balances the benefits of a repeatable process with the recognition that no two situations are the same.

Where circumstances indicate, we use Scrum and other agile techniques.  Occasionally, a sequential software development cycle (Waterfall) is more appropriate, particularly when agile principles can be applied within each phase.  When working on joint teams with our clients, of course we follow their methodology.

We believe that whichever methodology is employed, the critical success factors are consistent and thoughtful application of the methodology combined with care in execution.
