Andrew Remenschneider is a transaction manager for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan origination through Greystone, based in Chicago, Illinois. He manages transactions from quote to close, ensuring timely processing and positive customer experience. Tasked with identifying risks early in the process and providing solutions, in addition to cross-selling various finance platforms including FHA, CMBS, and Bridge products.

Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Remenschneider worked as the Vice President of the Special Assets Group for U.S. Bank in Chicago. He was the manager of a $300 million+ portfolio of performing and non-performing loans and real estate owned (REO) assets. Mr. Remenschneider also had prior roles as an Analyst at Column Financial in Chicago, as well as a Mortgage Loan Investment Analyst with Delaware Investments in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he oversaw all aspects of underwriting, including structure, pricing quotes, market research, credit analysis, reviewing operating statements and leases, and inspecting third party reports.

Mr. Remenschneider has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from Valparaiso University and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE / ULI Cohort Candidate) from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
