Kelley Klobetanz is a Senior Managing Director at Greystone responsible for structuring debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate throughout the United States. Her primary focus includes new construction, substantial rehabilitation, refinance or acquisition of multifamily apartments and age-restricted housing, as well as healthcare facility transactions. She was an FHA Chief Underwriter for Greystone before turning her focus to client-focused debt solutions, giving her a unique insight into successfully navigating the underwriting process for clients.
Kelley has been an active industry partner including being a board member of the Western Mortgagee Advisory Council and several Mortgage Bankers Association initiatives, including Environmental and Affordable working groups. In addition, she has spoken at several Mortgage Bankers Association conferences including MBA CREF and local Bisnow events. On a national level, Kelley has participated with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, Colorado Housing NOW and CREW. She has also completed the MBA’s Future Leaders Program and the Leadership Training from Women’s Unlimited.
