Kyle Jemtrud is a Managing Director at Greystone, a commercial real estate lending, investment, and advisory company. Kyle leads the Minneapolis & Palm Beach County offices, lending nationally on multifamily properties across a range of mortgage platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and Bridge. In 2018, he was named a Top 10 producer for Freddie Mac’s Small Balance Loan platform in the North-Central U.S. region.
