Witt Wittenberg is a Managing Director based in Oregon with over a decade of underwriting and loan origination experience with Greystone. Witt’s current role is to develop new multifamily originations primarily through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and the company’s proprietary loan platforms.
Witt brings a wealth of experience to Greystone’s Pacific Northwest office through his previous experiences as an underwriter and construction lender. Since opening the local Greystone office in 2015, Witt has been dedicated to helping his clients find solutions to fit their investment needs.
Witt is a past board member with the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association and has completed the CCIM course curriculum. Witt’s passion involves public land access and conservation
