    Chip is the Co-CEO of Greystone’s Agency lending platforms. He is responsible for business development with certain key investment banks, borrowers, commercial banks, and mortgage bankers. Chip has been in a leadership role at Greystone for over 14 years, and has over 20 years of total commercial real estate finance experience. Previously, he served as Chief Underwriter of Greystone’s Agency lending platform.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Hudson helped Nationwide Life build its capital markets lending platform.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.

    Mark has overall responsibility for Greystone’s non-Agency lending activities, including its CMBS business and its bridge and mezzanine lending efforts. Mark has been working in commercial real estate and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) since 1983, and has a broad base of expertise in securitization, origination, underwriting, marketing, and asset management.

    Immediately prior to joining Greystone, Mark served as President and COO of the publicly-traded mortgage REIT CRIIMI MAE Inc. (NYSE: CMM), which invested in subordinate commercial mortgage-backed securities. While there, he successfully managed a going-private merger transaction, which included serving as acting CEO during the 12-month merger process. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in the CMBS groups at Merrill Lynch, Daiwa Securities, and Greenwich Capital, among other firms, from 1986-2002.

    Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, Columbia University. He also holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

    Nikhil Kanodia is the Head of Greystone’s FHA lending group. He focuses on managing client relationships with various real estate owners, originating new loans, and identifying opportunities for new initiatives in the marketplace.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Nikhil was a Vice President with Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group, where he spent 10 years covering clients and executing capital market and M&A transactions totaling over $40 billion.

    Nikhil earned a Master’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

    Kelley Klobetanz is a Managing Director at Greystone. Kelley is responsible for structuring debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate throughout the United States; transactions include new construction, substantial rehabilitation, refinance or acquisition of multifamily apartments and age-restricted housing, as well as, healthcare facilities. Kelley was an FHA Chief Underwriter for Greystone before turning her focus to client-focused debt solutions giving her a unique insight into successfully navigating the underwriting process for clients. Before joining Greystone Kelley was a Senior Vice President and FHA Deputy Chief Underwriter for Prudential Huntoon Paige Associates, LLC. Kelley joined Prudential in 2005. Kelley was awarded her LEAN approval in 2013. Kelley has underwritten and closed over 70 transactions totaling almost $1B. Prior to joining Prudential Kelley performed market analysis and worked as a project manager for a private developer. In addition to her private sector work, she worked for the City of Arvada's Economic and Development Department and the Urban Renewal Authority while obtaining her Master's. Kelley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Economics from Colorado State University and her Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the University of Colorado.
