Greystone announced its Real Estate Advisors group assisted with the closing of the sale of a six-property seniors housing portfolio in Minneapolis, MN.
The portfolio comprises 627 total assisted living and memory care units, all located within the Minneapolis metropolitan market area, which is consistently ranked by NICMAP as one of the top five markets for seniors housing.
Mike Garbers, a Managing Director of Greystone Real Estate Advisors, led the sale. “Market fundamentals in Minneapolis have remained incredibly positive, so there was a great deal of upside for the sellers in this transaction,” said Garbers.
