Bill Iacobucci is a Senior Managing Director, Real Estate Lending at Greystone. In his role, Bill leverages his experience as the former head of Multifamily Structured Finance and co-head of Fannie Mae’s Student Housing Finance Team to lead loan origination efforts at Greystone.

Immediately prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Iacobucci served as Fannie Mae’s Vice President of Multifamily Structured Finance where he was primarily responsible for the production and management of a structured portfolio consisting of Credit Facilities and Large Portfolio/Bulk Deliveries across the Fannie Mae Multifamily DUS® platform. His role also included client relationships management with Lenders and Priority Borrowers. Other positions Bill held at Fannie Mae included Director of Credit Northeast Region and Senior Director of Lender Management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Iacobucci was Vice President of Community Development at SunTrust Bank, where he focused on the financing of LIHTC developments and neighborhood revitalization plans. He also spent 10 years as Founder and CEO of Regency Advisors International, Inc., a multi-faceted real estate consulting firm specializing in the development of affordable multifamily housing, loan portfolio management, bankruptcy litigation and loan workout resolutions. Other financial institutions Bill worked at include serving as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management at Financial Federal Savings Bank (Memphis, TN), Vice President of Commerce Investments at National Bank of Commerce (Memphis, TN) and Southeast Regional Manager at Freddie Mac (Atlanta, GA).

Mr. Iacobucci holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University. Bill has served as a Charter Investor and Advisory Board Member of United Americas Bank, the first De-Novo federally Chartered Hispanic Bank in Atlanta, Georgia; a past inductee to the Leadership Sandy Springs, and a past Board Member of the Sandy Springs Foundation; Sandy Springs Revitalization, Inc. and the Atlanta Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
