Dale Holzer

Dale Holzer is a Managing Director based in Los Angeles with over a decade of experience at Greystone. Dale is responsible for new originations for both large and small properties nationwide, with an emphasis in Western, Mountain and Southeast regions. Areas of focus are specific to market rate multifamily, affordable housing, both small and large agency financing, along with consistent production in Greystone balance sheet and HUD platforms.

Previously, he was Vice President for Alliant Capital LLC where he focused on development and financing of affordable multifamily rental housing. Mr. Holzer started his real estate career as a Financial Analyst at George Smith Partners, where he focused on sourcing new deals and executing complex structured deals in the greater Los Angeles area.

Mr. Holzer received a BS in Economics with a Concentration in Real Estate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Holzer has also been an active member of the Wharton Real Estate Club, and the University of Pennsylvania Southern California Alumni Association since 2005. Mr. Holzer is also an avid surfer, mountain biker, and outdoorsman.
