Katie Burau has over 20 years of experience in senior housing and healthcare lending. She joined Greystone’s healthcare bridge lending team in 2018. Prior to Greystone, she was a Vice President at Cambridge Realty Capital Companies, where for nearly fifteen years she specialized in structuring and closing senior housing and healthcare loans, utilizing a range of financing solutions, including HUD-insured and conventional bank mortgages.
Katie holds an Bachelors in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University Chicago.
