Kevin H. Williams is a member of the executive management team responsible for Greystone’s lending businesses, concentrating on the CMBS platform and corporate risk management. In addition, Kevin coordinates all Information Technology efforts related to the lending platform, including pipeline management, sales coverage and credit process automation. From 2019-2022 Kevin was the Co-CEO of the Agency platform; previously he held a variety of leadership roles at Greystone since joining in 2003.
Prior to joining Greystone, Kevin held the position of Executive Vice President with GMAC Commercial Mortgage. He was also an executive with Univest Financial Service.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College, an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and an AMP from Harvard Business School.
