Lance Wright serves as a Managing Director on the FMNA-RE Lending-Agency team and operates out of the Cushman & Wakefield office in Dallas, Texas. Lance has been originating debt for most of his career at previous employers like GE Capital, ACORE Capital and most recently at Lightstone Capital. Lance has been actively involved in the real estate finance industry since graduating from SMU in 1990. Lance has a BBA in Finance from SMU and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
