Lisa Schwartz is responsible for the oversight of the legal department. She advises senior management on corporate governance, licensing, personnel matters, risk management, litigation, acquisitions, advertising and general business matters. She is also responsible for the preparation of legal agreements and management of outside counsel and provides legal support for numerous start-up businesses.
Lisa has provided legal counsel in the areas of corporate and securities law, structured finance, and other financial transactions since 1990. Prior to joining Greystone over 20 years ago, she was a corporate attorney for Thacher Proffitt & Wood.
She earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
