Michael is currently a Director at Greystone. In his role, he originates loans across a variety of lending platforms, including FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and Bridge loan products and specializes in market-rate, affordable, and new construction multifamily properties nationwide.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has originated and closed over $3 billion of commercial mortgages during his career.  He has been a part of various Capital Markets teams providing debt and equity solutions for clients, including Pinnacle Financial Partners and Marcus & Millichap. This market expertise combined with a client-first approach allows Michael to develop creative capital markets solutions that meet his clients’ business goals.
