Jesse Kopecky is a Vice President on Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA), where he focuses on structuring and arranging complex debt and equity solutions for institutional and private clients nationwide. He brings extensive experience across pre-development, construction, bridge, and permanent financing, with a concentration in multifamily and mixed-use projects.
His track record covers several notable transactions including the $560 million refinance of 3Eleven in Hudson Yards, the $525 million construction loan for Court LIC, the $425 million construction financing for The Orchard, and the $370 million refinance of Station Yards Phases I & II in Ronkonkoma, among other high-profile assignments.
He holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the College of Charleston and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
