Loan Originator

Our team of originators has a strong track record of developing new relationships and signing up loans for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge/Mezzanine, Healthcare, Seniors, Commercial, and Development opportunities.


Our teams of underwriters work closely with our originators to evaluate the creditworthiness and management capabilities of a borrower/guarantor, the real estate collateral that is intended to secure a proposed loan, and the sufficiency of the loan structure for transactions.

Asset Management

Our asset management team works with our production teams, borrowers, and investors in order to provide exceptional customer service, loan covenant compliance monitoring, and reporting on the overall health of the Greystone portfolio.

Loan Servicing

Our tight-knit and industry-recognized team of loan servicing professionals proudly manages a $60 billion loan portfolio, handling all post-closing activities, and providing excellent customer care.


Our corporate finance and capital markets specialists are responsible for the funding of all the organization’s lending, acquisition, and real estate development activities.


Our accounting, HR, legal, IT, marketing, and administration staff share a desire to support and grow Greystone’s activities and deliver outstanding customer service to our business groups.

One of the things that I have always said about Greystone is that it has a very special 'heart' that extends to all its people. My example: I left Greystone to work for a competitor in 2012 and about four months into my tenure with that firm my brother passed away and I inherited his son to raise. During this time my former Greystone coworkers brought food, called, and checked on me and were there when I needed them. They showed me that they were not ex-coworkers and friends but that they were family. When Steve Rosenberg called me to see what he and Greystone could do for me, let’s just say that there are no words for how much that touched me. Less than two months later I was back at Greystone or I should say, back home. That is Greystone: a caring, compassionate, family.

  • Transparency in Coverage Rule

    The Transparency in Coverage Rule requires health insurers and group health plans to provide cost-sharing data to consumers. This link leads to the machine readable files that provide pricing data for covered items and services based on in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

    Greystone matches charity donations up to $5,000 per employee per year. Our offices around the country each manage a charity budget for local community outreach. We hold an annual Day-of-Service, a firmwide community volunteering effort. Volunteering is encouraged through our Volunteer Time Off program.

Greystone was my first job out of college, and I am still growing after eight years with the firm.
