Kayla Zahtila

Kayla joined Greystone in July 2025 and serves as an Analyst on the firm’s Capital Advisory team in New York City. She supports the execution of debt and equity placements by conducting market research, evaluating and modeling deals, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with underwriting, due diligence, and closings. Kayla also contributes to lender outreach and client engagement throughout the capital raising process.

Kayla holds a B.S. in Business Analytics and Management from Fairfield University, where she built a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and strategic business planning.
