Jeff Englund

Mr. Englund is an Executive Vice President for Greystone’s multifamily affordable housing finance platform. He is responsible for the oversight of a dedicated team of experts focused on affordable originations proficient in FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Private Placement, Construction and Acquisition Bridge lending programs. Mr. Englund joined Greystone in 2005 to build a dedicated affordable housing finance team focused solely on low-income housing tax credit, tax-exempt bond and other affordable multifamily loan products designed to preserve this asset class nationwide. Mr. Englund has over 25 years of multifamily affordable housing lending experience, received a B.A. from St. Cloud University majoring in commercial real estate and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Minnesota and Florida.
