Debi Martin is Senior Vice President of the FHA, USDA & Other Loan Asset Management team for Greystone. She has worked in all aspects of multifamily real estate servicing and lending since 1994. Her primary focus is on agency compliance, risk management and monitoring portfolio performance, assumptions, and all other transactions requiring Lender consent. She is also responsible for all construction loan administration, multifamily and healthcare delinquency and defaulted loan analysis and reporting for FHA or USDA assignments as applicable. She is a member of the FHA workout team and has handled all aspects of loan servicing inclusive of loan administration, investor reporting, financial analysis, risk mitigation, single loan and portfolio acquisitions.
