Leah Purvis

Leah Purvis is the Chief Operating Officer of the Agency platform, reporting to Charlie Baxter, and is responsible for operations for both Agency and Alternative Agency products, and oversight of related auxiliary support, including administration, rate lock, delivery and closing. Working side-by-side with Mr. Carter, Ms. Purvis will focus on risk management and underwriting, while maintaining overall responsibility for underwriting operations, compliance, auditing, training, and Agency processes and procedures. Ms. Purvis has held various roles in credit and underwriting in her 20 years at Greystone, and has a total of 24 years of commercial real estate experience.
