Christopher Clare is a Managing Director at Greystone, specializing in healthcare and senior housing debt transactions across the FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bridge lending platforms. Recognized for his work in the CRE finance industry, Chris was named a “Healthcare Influencer” by GlobeSt. in 2022 and a “Skilled Nursing 40 under 40” professional by Aging Media, which publishes Senior Housing News.

Prior to joining Greystone, Chris was a Senior Relationship Manager for National Healthcare & Senior Housing at M&T Bank. He previously worked in institutional fixed income at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Susquehanna University, an MBA from Georgetown University and continued his post graduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
