Greystone announced that Andrew Morris has joined as a Director focusing on seniors housing and healthcare acquisition opportunities, specifically in the skilled nursing sector. Based in Chicago, IL, Mr. Morris reports to Arthur Hatzopoulos, Corporate Executive Vice President at Greystone.
Mr. Morris joins Greystone with healthcare investment and lending experience within both private and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he was Director of Investments with Hana2.0 Property Group, where he focused on sourcing and closing of healthcare real estate acquisitions. Mr. Morris has also held various roles with Cascade Capital Group, Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI), and GE Capital (NYSE: GE).
