Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) was honored with Commercial Observer’s 2025 Breakthrough Award for Residential and Multifamily Transaction of the Year. The award recognized standout teams and deals that succeeded in a challenging real estate environment and was presented at the Breakthrough Awards Breakfast on December 2 in New York City.
GCA received this distinction for arranging the $525 million capitalization for Charney Companies and Tavros, in partnership with Incoco Capital, supporting the development of Court LIC. The planned 55-story condominium tower in the center of Long Island City’s Court Square neighborhood reflects Greystone’s strength in structuring large scale capital solutions and its leadership in advancing transformative projects across New York City.
