Liam Gallagher, Production Analyst at Greystone, is being recognized as a Connect CRE Next Generation Awards 2026 honoree for his contributions to healthcare and senior housing finance. Specializing in FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and bridge lending platforms, Gallagher plays a key role in originating, structuring and executing healthcare debt transactions nationwide.
Since 2025, he has aided in the closings of a significant volume of loans and oversees a substantial healthcare financing pipeline, including bridge refinancing transactions for skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania and California. Mr. Gallagher has also contributed to industry-wide advancements through his involvement in efforts to help shape HUD underwriting changes affecting skilled nursing facility owners and operators.
In addition to his transaction success, he is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute and is launching a commercial real estate young leaders group in Cleveland to foster professional development and industry engagement.
