Avi Lifshitz is a Managing Director at Greystone who specializes in agency loan origination for multifamily assets and is based out of Greystone’s New York office. He focuses on sourcing and structuring HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing solutions for borrowers nationwide. Avi brings meaningful multifamily lending experience, having closed numerous transactions since joining Greystone in 2021, following his prior work at Dwight Capital. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Reichman University.
