Ben Rubin

Ben Rubin is a seasoned professional with a strong presence in commercial real estate, lending, and investments. Presently, he serves as a Relationship Manager at Greystone. Based in New Jersey, Ben assumes a vital position within Greystone's healthcare loans for various purposes such as acquisition, refinancing, and new construction. His primary emphasis lies on Bridge, HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac transactions.

In April 2019, Ben Rubin founded Complete Capital Partners LLC and took on the responsibility of overseeing all acquisitions of NPLs and multifamily properties, along with capital raising efforts. His journey in the real estate arena began in 2015, and since then, he has played a pivotal role in sourcing, underwriting, and raising capital for millions of dollars' worth of real estate and debt transactions across the United States.
