Brad Annis joined Greystone in 2026 as a Senior Director in the FHA Finance Group specializing in healthcare and senior housing debt transactions across the FHA/HUD and bridge lending platforms. He is based in South Bend, Indiana.
Before joining Greystone, Brad was a Senior Director at Walker & Dunlop. Previously he served as the LEAN Deputy Chief Underwriter at Capital One Finance, which was formerly known as Beech Street Capital.
