Courtney Bailey

Courtney Bailey is an Associate on the Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) team. In this role, she supports the underwriting and closing of joint venture and preferred equity deals for multifamily transactions, including refinances, acquisitions, and ground-up development.

Courtney joined Greystone in March 2021 as an analyst on the Agency Sales Desk before transitioning into Greystone Equity Services as a Senior Analyst in 2023. Earlier in her career, Courtney interned at JLL, where she supported the office brokerage team. She was also a Project Destined Scholar.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
