Daniel Rosenberg is an associate on Greystone’s origination team, based in New York City. With deep expertise in commercial real estate finance, he specializes in multifamily and healthcare lending, bringing a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to every transaction.
Daniel leverages a robust network of industry relationships and a keen understanding of capital markets to drive deal execution, deliver customized financing solutions, and contribute to Greystone’s continued growth.
He has successfully closed a wide spectrum of complex debt and equity transactions, with particular proficiency in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and Bridge loan programs. His experience also includes raising joint venture and preferred equity, structuring bespoke capital stacks, and navigating highly nuanced financing scenarios.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
