Field Springer serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Greystone’s FHA/HUD lending division, where he brings more than 14 years of expertise in commercial real estate finance and credit leadership. Since joining Greystone, Field has become a trusted advisor known for his deep understanding of FHA and HUD-insured multifamily and healthcare financing, as well as his commitment to delivering strategic solutions that support the firm’s partners, clients, and colleagues.

Appointed Deputy Chief Underwriter for FHA/HUD lending in 2018, Field has played a pivotal role in shaping Greystone’s underwriting excellence and credit management strategy. Over the course of his tenure, he has overseen more than $5 billion in transactions. Under his leadership, Greystone has consistently ranked as the #1 HUD lender nationwide, reinforcing its position as an industry leader in multifamily and healthcare lending.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Field is deeply engaged in his community. He is a former Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Fauquier County and currently serves on the Fauquier County Board of Zoning Appeals, contributing his expertise and leadership to local development and youth initiatives.
