biography
Garvin is a Director at Greystone with experience structuring Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, FHA/HUD, and Bridge loan debt. He specializes in large loan multifamily properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Greystone, Garvin was at KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he was responsible for originating and underwriting multifamily transactions. He started his career in production and sales at Freddie Mac where he provided permanent financing to various banks and multifamily lenders.
Garvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
