Joshua Rosen joined Greystone in 2026 as a Senior Managing Director in the FHA Finance group. He is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Rosen is responsible for originating loans through HUD as well as the firm's proprietary bridge lending program, with a focus on healthcare and seniors housing finance. Mr. Rosen brings over 25 years of experience in the industry and been involved in over $3 billion of transactions during his career.

Before joining Greystone, Mr. Rosen was a Senior Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop. Previously he served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Capital One Finance, which was formerly known as Beech Street Capital.
