Luann Gutierrez

Luann Gutierrez has been with Greystone since March 2007 and has held many positions all within the Healthcare / Seniors Housing specialty. Currently, she serves as the head of Healthcare & Senior Housing Credit for the Greystone Bridge Lending platform. She also assists with the asset management team for the special servicing division of Greystone. In this role she primarily manages the resolution and liquidation of a portfolio of distressed senior living properties held in Freddie Mac and other CMBS securitizations, with the goal of maximizing recovery on each property for the benefit of the certificate holders that hold bonds in the applicable securitization. Luann holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Dallas.
