Mordecai Rosenberg serves as Head of FHA at Greystone, where he leads the strategy, execution, and growth of the firm’s FHA multifamily and healthcare lending platform. He brings deep experience across lending, technology innovation, and operational transformation, with a focus on elevating execution quality, client experience, and team effectiveness.
Mordecai previously held several senior roles at Greystone, including Chief Strategy Officer, Co-President of Greystone’s Lending Platforms, and Founder of G2, the firm’s lending innovation group. In these roles, he drove initiatives that modernized workflows, strengthened collaboration across teams, and advanced data and technology capabilities to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President at Red Stone Partners, specializing in tax-exempt housing bond acquisitions.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and completed additional studies at the London School of Economics, Moscow State University, and the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
