Moshe Gutman is a Vice President at Greystone, specializing in HUD and Bridge-to-HUD financing for healthcare properties nationwide.
Since 2016, Moshe has originated and managed financing relationships for owners and operators of skilled nursing and assisted living properties, closing more than $7.5 billion in loans. In addition to loan origination, he oversees underwriting and execution for the majority of transactions handled by his group, working closely with borrowers and underwriting teams from initial structuring through closing.
