Ria Kant

Ria Kant joined Greystone in July 2025 and works as an Analyst on the Capital Advisory team in the firm's New York City office. She plays a key role in structuring and executing debt and equity placements, drawing on market research and financial modeling to support deal evaluation. Her work spans preparing marketing and pitch materials, as well as supporting underwriting, due diligence, and transaction closings.

Ria holds a B.A. in Economics and Real Estate from Bucknell University, where she developed a strong foundation in market analysis, financial theory, and strategic decision-making.
