Rick Wolf

Richard Wolf is an Executive Vice President at Greystone, where he leads the firm’s Private Capital platform and is responsible for developing and managing new permanent, bridge and other lending solutions that complement the firm’s industry-leading Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac capabilities. Previously a Vice President at Fannie Mae where he was responsible for negotiated transactions, small loans, and large institutional accounts, he has extensive experience in agency and private capital executions. Richard holds a BA in Economics from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance from Florida State University.
