Ryan Fournier is the Vice President of Finance and Analytics at Greystone Real Estate Capital. In this role, Mr. Fournier is responsible for managing the lower and upper-tier LIHTC models, financial models for other syndication lines of business, modeling and structuring of low-income housing tax credit partnerships for multi-investor and proprietary funds, data analysis and reporting, and other special projects. Mr. Fournier has over 10 years of affordable housing experience and joined Greystone in April 2025.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Fournier served as the Manager of Fund Management at PNC Bank, N.A. in the Multifamily Capital group. In this role, Mr. Fournier managed a team of fund managers who oversaw the modeling, financial management, and investor reporting for over 70 active multi-investor and proprietary funds. Mr. Fournier also managed the lower-tier models in collaboration with the Underwriting team to ensure compliance with underwriting, financial, and tax policies. Prior to PNC, Mr. Fournier was a tax accountant for CohnReznick LLP working predominantly with real estate clients.
Mr. Fournier received a Master of Science in Taxation with a concentration in real estate from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science Finance with an Accounting minor from North Central College. Mr. Fournier holds an active Certified Public Accountant license issued by Illinois.
