Ryan Harkins

Ryan Harkins is a Director for real estate lending at Greystone. He joined the firm in 2019 and originates loans across a variety of lending platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA for both market-rate and affordable multifamily properties, as well as senior housing and skilled nursing facilities nationwide.

Prior to Greystone, Ryan was a Vice President of National Accounts at one of the largest medical supply companies focusing on the long-term care sector. As part of his mortgage banking work, he leverages his knowledge and expertise in the healthcare sector to help investor clients in this space.
