Tara Neely

Tara Neely brings over 18 years of experience in architecture, construction, and affordable housing. Before joining Greystone, she spent over nine years at a large national syndicator as Senior Vice President, Development Risk Manager, overseeing construction risk on more than 175 LIHTC developments across 40+ states, totaling over $2.5 billion. Her background as a licensed architect provides deep insight into construction risk and LIHTC project nuances. She collaborates closely with partners to protect investments and ensure successful outcomes. Earlier in her career, Ms. Neely worked on multifamily, community, hospitality, and cultural projects. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Interior Design, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed Architect in Ohio.
