Willis Russell is a Vice President on the Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) team. Willi is a commercial real estate investment professional with 7+ years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, due diligence and structured finance. He helps and advises borrowers and originators on equity and structured finance solutions for a wide variety of multifamily properties across the continental US. Willis has successfully structured preferred equity investments across agency, bridge, and construction loans. He is proficient in evaluating CRE opportunities including development, lease up, stabilized, and value add projects. He also brings strong expertise in financial modeling and possesses firsthand knowledge of capital markets trends.
