Zach Shabinsky

Zach Shabinsky is a Vice President at Greystone focused on structuring Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and Bridge loan debt. He specializes in large and small loan multifamily properties nationwide through utilization of Greystone’s agency products as well as alternative capital solutions.

Prior to joining Greystone, Zach was at Ackman-Ziff, where he was an Associate on the capital advisory team, structuring a wide variety of commercial real estate financing solutions for all asset types nationwide, including debt and mezzanine financing, preferred and joint venture equity.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
