Brad Waite, Senior Managing Director, is responsible for originating multifamily loans out of Greystone, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Waite brings 20+ years of real estate experience including loan underwriting and origination. In his career he has managed Agency and Balance Sheet underwriting departments and in 2018 partnered with Charlie Mentzer having originated $5 billion in multifamily loans across several executions. In addition to his experience and product knowledge, Brad is regarded for his unique ability to structure complex transactions through his years of both underwriting and origination experience. Mr. Waite graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate. He resides in the suburbs of Atlanta with his wife, Sarah, of 15+ years and his two boys ages 13 and 11.
