Bryan specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for multifamily property owners and developers throughout the US.
His distinguished track record includes major transactions such as the $415 million construction financing and subsequent $560 million refinancing of 3ELEVEN, a 938-unit property in NYC; a $425 million loan for The Orchard, an 831-unit development in Long Island City; and over $500 million in funding for the CMPND multiphase development in Jersey City, which spans 1,541 units across multiple properties. He also secured a $287 million loan for a 456-unit project at 1057 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn and a $195 million loan for Namdar Towers, a 640-unit development in Downtown Miami.
In recognition of his achievements, Bryan was named one of Commercial Observer’s 25 Under 35.
