Charlie is the Chief Operating Officer for Greystone’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms. In this role, he oversees operations, underwriting, closing and delivery of all Agency loan production. Having joined Greystone in 2005, Charlie is also a member of the Corporate Management Committee, which is responsible for establishing short- and long-term strategy of the company.
Prior to Greystone, Charlie was Chief Operating Officer for nationwide commercial real estate finance firm Reliant Professional Services where he was responsible for the company’s overall P&L as well as operations and new business development. He has also served senior roles at Univest Financial Services and PCA Foundation.
Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wofford College and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Charlie is a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.
