Greg Darling joined Greystone in 2024 as the Managing Director of the Structured Products Group. In this role, he formulates and executes capital markets strategies for banks and other institutional clients, helping partners access liquidity and manage commercial real estate exposure.
Mr. Darling is a commercial real estate executive with close to 15 years of expertise in structured finance, capital markets, and real estate investments. Before joining Greystone, he had a distinguished career at PNC Bank, where he held several key positions. Most recently, he led PNC’s CMBS new issue business, collaborating with GSEs and bank clients to facilitate the securitization of multifamily loan portfolios. During his tenure, PNC acted as bookrunner on 48 transactions totaling $31.6 billion in issuance volume. He began his career at Cabot Properties, underwriting industrial real estate acquisitions.
Mr. Darling holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
