Jay Reed

Mr. Reed brings over 8 years of affordable housing experience in Credit and Underwriting experience to Greystone Real Estate Capital. Mr. Reed joins Greystone from PNC Bank, N.A. where he was an Underwriter and Assistant Vice President for the Tax Credit Solutions business and closed transactions in Affordable Housing properties eligible for Low-Income Housing and Historic tax credits totaling over $450 Million in equity and $250 Million in debt. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Centre College.
