Jesse Kopecky

Jesse is a Senior Associate on the Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) team, specializing in arranging creative debt and equity solutions with a focus on pre-development, construction, bridge, and permanent financing. With a successful track record, he has successfully closed over $4 billion in mortgage loans across various lending platforms, including $2 billion in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages.

Jesse received a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the College of Charleston and is pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
